A new repeatable prescription should be obtained from your doctor every six months.
For reference purposes, all correspondence, whether by fax or mail should reflect your Medical Aid Number
Pharmacy Direct will confirm receipt of a fax send to us Via SMS within 24 hours
Pharmacy Direct office Hours are Monday to Thursday from 7:30 to 17:00 and Friday from 07:30 to 16:00
