Registration
STEP 1 - Submit your personal information
Call our Call Center on 086 0027 800. Our agents are awaiting your call and will provide you with the necessary assistance. Please have the following information available when making the call:
- Personal details of main member, including
Date of birth or ID number
- Personal details of the patient/s, including
Dependant code of the patient
Date of birth or ID number
- Medical Aid Number
Delivery address details, including the correct postal code
Contact details, including cell phone number/s
Or fax us an application form to 086 6114 000/1/2/3. The application form can be downloaded or obtained from our Call Center agent.

Step 2: - Send us an original repeatable prescription
Attach an original repeatable prescription or copy thereof for all the medication that will be needed. Please contact your doctor should you not have one available. You can also ask your pharmacy for a copy.
Step 3: - Register for chronic benefits and obtain authorization for medication from your Medical Aid.
Members have to follow the normal procedures with regards to registering their chronic medication before medication can be send. Authorization should be obtained from your Medical Aid first. Scheme rules and exceptions will apply to all scripts.
Claims procedure
Claims are processed real time.
Please remember that should your medical aid scheme for any reason reject the payment of a claim or reverse payment at a later stage, you as the member become responsible for any outstanding amounts. Should you run out of medication benefits before the year end, you can however continue obtain your medication from us.
