Pharmacy Direct Team

The Pharmacy Direct team consists of 125 dynamic, committed individuals that as a team drive the successes of the business and support the objective of providing an outstanding, caring service to patients.

Pharmacy Direct has a professional, caring team of Pharmacists, Call Center Agents, Fund Account Managers and Packing and Dispatch and Administrative staff. Staff ensures that patients receive quality, client driven pharmaceutical and other value added services. A professional team of Pharmacists and Senior Pharmacists Assistants is available to the public for advice on clinical issues. In total, we have a Client Care capability of 45 advisors, counselors and agents.
